Weapons Standards

All of the following rifles or machine guns are allowed.  However, your rank or role within the unit may restrict which weapons you may use for a given event.

 

Rifles & Carbines

US Rifle Cal. .30 M1 "Garand"

(Fake aftermarket "Tanker Garands" not allowed)

 

US Carbine Cal. .30 M1                                                                                          

(We exclude M1A1 Paratrooper Carbines)

 

US Rifle Cal. .30 M1903 "Springfield"

(Military configuration ONLY)


US Rifle Cal. .30 M1903A3 "Springfield”

(Military configuration ONLY)

 

US Rifle Cal. .30 M1903A4 "Springfield Sniper"

(Military configuration ONLY)

 

 

Sub-Machine Guns

M1928 or M1A1 Thompson

(Either semi- or fully-automatic, no vertical front grips.)


M3 or M3A1 "Grease Gun"

(Either semi- or fully-automatic)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Light Machine Guns & Automatic Rifles

M1918 Series Browning Automatic Rifle (BAR)

(Either semi- or fully-automatic)


M1919 Series Cal. .30 Browning Machine Gun

(Either semi- or fully-automatic or propane converted)

 

 

Heavy Machine Guns

M2 Cal. .50 Browning Machine Gun                                                              

(Either semi- or fully-automatic or propane converted)

 

Any fully- or semi-automatic weapon MUST BE LEGAL and should be blank-adapted if practical.  All NFA rules will apply.

 

Handguns

All members who have completed probation may use a handgun.  Any type of WWI or WWII military handgun and holster are acceptable.  Foreign or civilian handguns must be approved for use by unit command.  Real handguns can only be used by members 21 years of age or older.  Blank-only handguns may be used by any unit member.

 

 

Knives

One of the following is required, knives not appearing must be approved by unit commander:
     M3 Fighting Knife in M8 scabbard, this is the preferred knife, or,
     M-1917 trench spike ("Knuckle Duster") or,
     M-1918 trench knife ("Knuckle Knife") or,
     USN Mk.2 in plastic scabbard.
